David Grove
Principal Consultant / Partner
David is a specialist Health, Safety, Environment and Risk professional with 25 years’ experience. He comes from a diverse industry background having worked for companies like Juvenile Justice, Noel Arnold and Associates, Deloitte, NSW Minerals Council and Centennial Coal.
David has specialized in safety leadership, having bought both James Reason and Patrick Hudson to Australia. He is a strategic in his approach and his key competency is identifying opportunities in an organisation’s Safety Management System for continuous improvement. He strives to ensure his clients achieve a competitive advantage through the provision of high-level risk analysis and change management.
Qualifications include a Diploma of Project Management; Diploma of Management; Intensive Course in Occupational Hygiene; Masters of Safety Science; and a Post Graduate Diploma of OHS.
Virginia Reyes
Principal Consultant / Director
Virginia is a health, safety and environment (HSE) specialist who is committed to providing quality health, safety and environmental solutions. Virginia has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of industries including: Automotive, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Logistics, Energy, Facility Management, Construction, Self-Insurance, HR, Labour-hire, Chemicals, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Virginia’s areas of expertise include developing specific training programs in the O&G sector, systems, plans, policies and procedures; internal and external audits; risk management programs; conducting on-site inspections and developing action plans; planning and delivering training programs, incident investigations, and providing injury management strategies, mentoring / coaching and advice.
Virginia is a member of the AHRI & Safety Institute of Australia and has the following qualifications: Masters OHSE; Masters in TESOL, Adult Education & Training; Masters in ESG, Bachelor of Engineering & Processing, Bachelor in Chemistry-Metallurgy, Mining & Petroleum and is qualified in environmental and quality systems auditing.
